All Protocols
A family of specialized POCUS protocols for different clinical scenarios, all built on the subcostal-first approach.
Each protocol carries an evidence label. They are not equivalent: a published method is not the same as a case series, and neither is the same as an educational application of the framework.
EASy MAP
Mean Arterial Pressure
Core protocol for hemodynamic phenotyping of hypotensive patients. 10 hemodynamic phenotypes across 4 diagnostic clusters using 6 subcostal views.
EASy PDA
Physiologically Difficult Airway
Pre-intubation hemodynamic assessment to identify patients at risk of peri-intubation cardiovascular collapse.
EASy ALS
Advanced Life Support
Focused POCUS during cardiac arrest to identify reversible causes and guide resuscitation decisions.
EASy Sepsis
Septic Shock Assessment
Serial hemodynamic assessment and de-resuscitation guidance for patients with septic shock.
In development
Built and in testing, not yet validated for clinical use. They will join the protocols above once they have been tested.
- EASy HypoxiaHypoxia in PACU
- EASy FASTFocused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma
Planned
Extensions of the EASy framework not yet built.
